Исследователи Узбекистана и Великобритании обсудили перспективы совместной подготовки книги «Культурное наследие Узбекистана в зарубежных коллекциях»

15 ноября 2020 года состоялась зум-конференция исследователей Узбекистана и Великобритании.

 

Совместный проект по изучению культурного наследия Узбекистана со включением материалов британского Музея Виктории и Алберта провело посольство Узбекистана в Лондоне 15 ноября.

 

Сообщается, что встреча между представителями Всемирного общества по изучению, сохранению и популяризации культурного наследия Узбекистана и музея Виктории и Алберта прошла в онлайн-формате. Узбекская сторона рассказала о том, каким образом происходит сохранение культурного наследия страны и его популяризация в мире.

 

В качестве примера она обратила внимание на многотомную книгу-альбом «Культурное наследие Узбекистана в зарубежных коллекциях» и ряд других проектов, созданных совместно с представителями культурных учреждений Великобритании.

 

Сотрудники британского музея выразили готовность к сотрудничеству при выпуске новых изданий книги «Культурное наследие Узбекистана в зарубежных коллекциях» с использованием материалов, предоставленных британской стороной. Также они обсудили возможность выпуска книги, где соберут все материалы, имеющиеся в британском музее.

 

Отметим, музей Великобритании королевы Виктории и принца Алберта был основан в 1852 году. В данный момент это один самых крупных музеев в мире. В нем хранится почти 3 млн объектов культурного наследия человечества.
