The traditional woman’s jewelry is divided into several types and groups: the head, forehead-temporal, braid, nose, ear, neck, chest, armpit, waist, wrist, and occipital jewelry, as well as their sets in different combinations.

Forms and types of jewelry, as well as technique vary and depend on the region.

Silver and gilded chest adornments such as – zebigardon, nozigardon, buyin tumor, kultuk tumor, sinsila, tavk, khapaband and others; neck – marzhon, nozik; belt – kalitbogi, kamarband, hair adornement – tuf, chochpopuk and others were widely used.

The wearing of tumor amulets was considered obligatory. They differed in shapes, but mainly they were an integral part of breast or armpit adornment, although they could be worn separately.
