
The winners were 12 Academicians, 9 Doctors of Science and 7 Candidates of Science, more than 20 specialists from museums and libraries, 7 Directors of houses-museum, as well as representatives of 15 media outlets.
– The project Cultural Legacy of Uzbekistan in the World Collections is a brand identity of New Uzbekistan. The President of our country Shavkat Mirziyoyev elevated the careful preservation and promotion of the cultural legacy of Uzbekistan to the rank of state policy, and our project, which has already published 50 books-albums and brought together 300 scientists from all over the world, is a bright result of this policy in five years, - said Firdavs Abdukhalikov, Board Chairman of the World Society. - In this regard, I would like to thank the government of Uzbekistan for allocating grants, the opportunity to donate books from the series Cultural Legacy of Uzbekistan in the World Collections to museums and educational institutions. These days, summing up the results of the year, I would like to say special words of gratitude to the co-organizer of the project - the oilfield service company Eriell Group and its head Bakhtiyor Fozilov, for their unwavering support over the past five years.
The awards included sets of books-albums of the series Cultural Legacy of Uzbekistan in the World Collections.
Along with this, the traditional ceremony of presenting books-albums of the series Cultural Legacy of Uzbekistan in the World Collections to libraries of state and public organizations took place. It should be noted that in November the organizers of the action distributed more than 10 thousand books-albums to libraries and educational institutions.

The prize was awarded in 7 categories - "For contribution to the development of culture, promotion and support of the ideas of preserving, studying and popularizing the cultural legacy of Uzbekistan", "For long-term contribution to the study of historical science, archeology and art history of Uzbekistan", "For the preservation and study of manuscript heritage Uzbekistan, epigraphic architectural inscriptions”, "Artist and time", “Authors of books-albums of the series Cultural Legacy of Uzbekistan, "For a series of documentaries dedicated to the cultural legacy of Uzbekistan" and "For the promotion of science and culture of Uzbekistan".
