A number of ancient archaeological and architectural monuments have been preserved in the city and its environs, among which are the ruins of Zoroastrian, Nestorian, Buddhist fortresses and settlements, as well as monuments of Islamic architecture.
In honor of the 2500th anniversary of the city of Termez, to the left of the main entrance to the memorial complex of Khakim at-Tirmizi, in 2001, the Museum "Heritage of Termezids" was built. The external appearance of the museum repeats the plan of the late medieval madrasas of the XVII-XIX centuries. The entrance is designed in the form of a portal. The facades are flanked on four sides by small turrets with domed tops.
Above the tympanums of the entrance portal there is a mosaic inscription (white letters on a blue background) containing the text of the hadith. Calligrapher - Bakhodir Solih (2011). The text in the upper band is written in orange letters and contains the repeated formula الملك لله - "Power belongs to Allah."
