Since 2018, while studying the changes and new initiatives in Uzbekistan, particularly as the head of the Center for the Study of Ancient Manuscripts, I have visited the country multiple times. I can attest that Uzbekistan is building immense potential for a new period of renaissance.
In particular, the initiatives of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to study the scientific heritage of Uzbekistan's great scholars are truly unique phenomena.
I fully support the reforms and initiatives of the President of Uzbekistan aimed at preserving the country's rich scientific and cultural heritage and passing it on to future generations. Efforts in this direction have garnered active support not only from state institutions but also from non-governmental organizations and the academic community.
Uzbekistan’s ancient heritage and the unique works of its great scholars and thinkers are at the center of attention for researchers worldwide. They are closely following all the changes taking place in Uzbekistan.
The attention given to education and the events unfolding in Uzbekistan are truly exceptional and remarkable. These developments can be described as a volcano within the Islamic world. We have expanded cooperation with the Center for Islamic Civilization, the centers of Imam Bukhari, Imam Maturidi, Imam Tirmidhi, as well as the International Islamic Academy. Dialogue with Uzbek scholars further enriches and enhances our collaboration.
