Homemade traditional dresses had the traditional cut; unmarried girls and girls had horizontal collars, married women had vertical collars without embroidery. Collars of dresses with the vertical slit in her neck fastened with two braids, or fastened with a single large button tuyme, which had a variety of forms – in the form of a shield, or silver balls decorated with stamped ornament or carving, it depended on a tribal division of Karakalpaks.
