The cut of postyn was wider than the robe.

Sleeves, flaps, hem of postyn were always trimmed on the edges of a wide (8 – 10 cm) border of colorful striped alacha. A characteristic feature of it was a mandatory decoration on the back as a triangle tumarsha from the same bright fabrics, which were trim med on the edges, it played the role of the amulet.
