A dome mosque was attached to the north-west facade of the mausoleum, near the north wall of the mosque there was a tall iwan with wooden pillars. According to B.N. Zasypkin, the mosque was a two-story building. Three exedra arches survive from the first floor.
During archaeological works in the complex, the base of Khazrati-Imam mausoleum was opened. It consisted of marble limestone blocks, and from the west side it was completely destroyed. To the south, a part of minaret with one row of base cladding was revealed. Remains of the multi-faceted minaret and a part of its round pillar were uncovered in the north-east part of the mausoleum.
The mausoleum's interior contains a large tombstone with signs of multiple repairs, and it was covered with ganch plaster.
