Ceremonial donation of books-albums from the Cultural Legacy of Uzbekistan in the World Collections series
On July 3, 2023, the State Museum of the History of the Temurids, the State Museum of the History of Uzbekistan and the Gallery of Fine Arts of Uzbekistan hosted a ceremonial donation of 50 volumes of books-albums from the Cultural Legacy of Uzbekistan in the World Collections series within the framework of the Week "Cultural Legacy of Uzbekistan – the Foundation of a New Renaissance". These books contain information about rare exhibits stored in foreign museums and related to the history and culture of Uzbekistan. This event was of great cultural and academic value for Uzbekistan and was an important step in preserving and popularizing the national cultural heritage.
For many years, researchers and scholars from Uzbekistan together with their foreign colleagues collected and systematized information about rare exhibits stored in museums around the world and related to the history and culture of Uzbekistan. The result of this work is a unique collection of books-albums titled "Cultural Legacy of Uzbekistan in the World Collections, which includes more than 50 volumes.
