A unique ossuary was discovered at the Odirmоn site

During the excavations, a unique ossuary and an altar were discovered. On the outer surface of the ossuary, there are carvings resembling a deer and a juniper tree. the full content of the images is expected to be clarified after the completion of restoration work. The height of the altar is 70 cm, and the width is 90 cm. Fired tiles measuring 18x28x2.5 cm are laid on the floor. The area around the altar is covered with clay plaster 2.5–3 cm thick. The fact that the plaster was updated several times indicates that the structure was used for a long time and was regularly repaired.

According to the preliminary conclusions of experts, the Odirmon city monument dates back to the period between the 3rd century BC and the 3rd century AD. The findings serve as an important source for studying the religious views, rituals, and burial traditions of the ancient population living at the site.
