The Oqsaroy embodies the finest achievements of Central Asian, Afghan, and Iranian architecture. Aksaray inscriptions in most cases differ significantly in content and style of decoration from the texts of other architectural structures of the era of Amir Temur and the Timurids.

On the front wall of the main portal, there is a text written in white letters on a dark blue background within a wide strip running from top to bottom along the outer edge of an odd column and ending above the pedestal. The following inscription is repeated in the text:
"Justice is the foundation of the state and the motto of rulers."
