One of the greatest and most sacred manuscripts of Islamic history - the Usman's Koran, copied during the time of Hazrat Uthman (r.a.), was transferred from the museum of the "Muyi Muborak" madrasah located in the Hazrat Imam complex in Tashkent to the Center of Islamic Civilization.

ABOUT THE USMAN'S KORAN:
- It is known in the world as the "Tashkent Quran";
- It consists of 338 sheets, the size of each page is 53x68 cm;
- Based on the orders of the third caliph, Uthman ibn Affan (r.a.), in the 7th century, it was written and bound on deer skin in the Hijaz script;
- In the 14th century, it was brought from Iraq to Samarkand by Amir Timur. Returned to Tashkent in 1924;
- In 1997, it was included in UNESCO's Memory of the World List.
